These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bat388 ("bat388", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://bat388.cam ("Platform", "Site"). bat388 is an English-language online sports betting and live casino information platform targeted at users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access is not prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing the bat388 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any feature of the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on bat388, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual user for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, including without limitation any jurisdiction where bat388 is not licensed to operate.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, syndicate or organisation in placing bets or using the Platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, agent or close associate of bat388 or any affiliated entity, where such participation would present a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or banned from the bat388 Platform or any associated platform, unless bat388 has expressly reinstated your eligibility in writing.

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on the bat388 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested on the registration form. You undertake to update your account information promptly whenever any such details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bat388 will not be liable for any loss, damage or unauthorised betting activity arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bat388 immediately at [email protected]. bat388 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bat388 implements a Know Your Customer process to verify User identity and age. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification (such as a National Identity Card (CNIC) for Pakistani users), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Access to and use of the bat388 Platform is granted on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable basis, solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. bat388 grants you a limited licence to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

5.1 Permitted Use

• Accessing match odds, live scores, game content and promotional information for personal betting and entertainment purposes.
• Using Responsible Gambling Tools to manage your gaming behaviour.
• Contacting the support team regarding account, payment or technical queries.

5.2 Prohibited Use

You must not use the bat388 Platform for any purpose or in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation or order, including but not limited to laws prohibiting money laundering, fraud, unlicensed gambling or illegal data processing.
• Involves the use of automated software, bots, crawlers, scrapers or any other non-human access mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Involves the use of multiple accounts, false identities or forged documentation to circumvent limits, claim bonuses or evade account restrictions.
• Interferes with, disrupts or imposes unreasonable loads on the Platform's servers or network infrastructure.
• Involves the reproduction, redistribution, sale or commercial exploitation of any content, data or software accessed via the Platform without prior written consent from bat388.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods currently listed as available in the bat388 cashier. bat388 acknowledges that Pakistani users are familiar with mobile payment rails such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, interbank transfer systems such as Raast, and major bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. However, bat388 does not warrant the continued availability of any specific payment method, as provider policies are subject to change at any time and without notice.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Amounts are denominated in PKR where applicable.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. bat388 processes withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, but actual receipt of funds will depend on the processing times of the selected payment method and any applicable compliance review. bat388 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations. bat388 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6.3 Currency

Account balances on bat388 are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the PKR display option is enabled. bat388 does not act as a currency exchange service. Where currency conversion applies, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be used, and bat388 accepts no liability for exchange-rate fluctuations.

bat388 may from time to time make promotional offers available to eligible registered Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, referral rewards and loyalty incentives. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

7.1 Eligibility

Each promotion is available to eligible Users only. Eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit requirements, applicable games, geographic restrictions and account standing requirements — will be specified in the individual promotion terms. bat388 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, bonus amounts and any associated winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement necessitates PKR 30,000 in qualifying stakes before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including the creation of multiple accounts, the use of automated betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, collusion with other Users, or any other conduct that bat388 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — will result in immediate forfeiture of all associated bonus balances and winnings, Account suspension and potential permanent exclusion from the Platform.

7.4 Expiry

Bonuses are subject to expiry periods as specified in individual promotion terms. Any bonus balance not utilised within the applicable expiry period will be automatically removed from the account without notice or compensation.

The following general betting rules apply to all markets available on the bat388 Platform. Sport-specific or market-specific rules may supplement these general rules and are available within the relevant market listings.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by bat388. bat388 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed using erroneous odds, bets placed after the relevant event has concluded, and bets that bat388 has reasonable grounds to believe were placed in bad faith or with knowledge of insider information.

8.2 Odds

Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. bat388 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds at any time. Where a bet has been accepted at an erroneous price, bat388 may void the bet or settle it at the correct odds, at its discretion, and will notify the affected User accordingly.

8.3 Live Betting

In-play or live bets on cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other markets are accepted subject to market availability. Due to the real-time nature of in-play markets, temporary delays in connection may affect bet placement. bat388 is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

8.4 Results and Settlements

All bets are settled in accordance with official results from recognised governing bodies. In the event of a dispute regarding a result or settlement, the decision of bat388's trading team — based on official sources — shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints and dispute resolution procedure set out below.

bat388 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We encourage all Users to treat betting as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

The following Responsible Gambling Tools are available to all registered Users via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, no further bets can be placed until the limit resets or is increased (increases are subject to a cooling-off period).
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at pre-set intervals reminding you of the time spent in the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a period of your choosing. During a cooling-off period, deposits and bets are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for the specified duration.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bat388 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any activity that constitutes corruption in sport.
• Placing bets based on insider information not publicly available at the time of the bet.
• Collusion with other Users or third parties to obtain an unfair advantage.
• The use of automated software, artificial intelligence or algorithmic tools to place bets without prior written consent from bat388.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform, or using the Platform for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors in the Platform's favour without reporting them to bat388.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour toward bat388 staff or other Users.

All content on the bat388 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and underlying code — is the property of bat388 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to access and use Platform content solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast or otherwise make available any Platform content without the prior written consent of bat388.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat388 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, interruptions, delays or inaccuracies in the Platform.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bat388 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy of odds or completeness of any information displayed.

13.1 Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting bat388 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by bat388

bat388 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, including in circumstances where:

• A User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• bat388 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other financial crime.
• bat388 receives a valid legal order or regulatory direction requiring account action.
• A User has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, bat388 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bat388 is incorporated and holds its operating licence, as specified in the operator's published licensing disclosures. Nothing in this clause limits a User's statutory rights under the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. bat388 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan. This clause does not constitute legal advice and Users should seek independent legal guidance if in doubt about their obligations under applicable law.

bat388 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bat388 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the "Last reviewed" notice at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
